This was the first yoga pose that i learnt .My dad taught me this pose long before when i was a kid. I used to have problems because of constipation and gas. so he used to tell me to do this pose immediately before i got up from my bed.
METHOD:
- Lie flat on your back.
- Fold the legs and hold the knee and pull them slowly towards chest,while exhaling.
- Inhaling relax the knee.
- Repeat this process for about 10 times.
- Stretch the legs and relax.
- Release gas from stomach and intestine.
- Massages abdominal organ.
- Benefits lumber spine and muscles
